The Learning Disabilities Program in the Department of Psychiatry of Boston Children’s Hospital is seeking a part-time attending neuropsychologist to join our vibrant and innovative interdisciplinary team. The team provides comprehensive neuropsychologically based diagnostic assessments for children who are struggling in school with cognitive, academic, and/or emotional/behavioral issues.

Demonstration of keen assessment and excellent writing skills is required. We are seeking an applicant with prior experience in neuropsychological assessment of children and adolescents with language and learning disorders and the ability to interact effectively with their families and schools as well as collaboratively with colleagues from allied disciplines. The position will also involve teaching and supervision. The successful applicant will be appointed at a Harvard Medical School rank, likely at the rank of Instructor or Assistant Professor, commensurate with experience, training, and achievements.

An earned doctorate from an APA/CPA accredited doctoral program and completion of an accredited internship are required as well as a postdoctoral residency in clinical neuropsychology. Competitive candidates for this position will have comprehensive training in pediatric neuropsychology, preferably with school and/or community experience. Candidates must be licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Psychologists at the time of hiring.
