About Veltkamp Neuropsychology PLLC:

Our vision is to provide comprehensive neuropsychological assessments that give insight, hope, and direction to families and individuals.  We provide psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for children and adults. Referrals are received from a variety of outside specialists in pediatrics, internal medicine, and neurology. The ideal candidate will enjoy utilizing creativity and compassion in their diagnostic approach with families. Compensation is commission-based. Because of our setting, our practitioners have flexibility in their schedule.

Requirements:

Qualified applicants must have a Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an accredited program and be licensed by the State of Washington.  Completion of a 2-year residency in neuropsychology and board-eligibility is preferred. Pursuit of board certification is supported and encouraged.  The position requires the ability to administer and interpret tests for cognitive screening, neuropsychological assessment, and psychological assessment for referred patients as well as writing neuropsychological assessment reports in a thorough, accurate, and timely fashion. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with healthcare professionals and patients’ families is essential.
