Join a Practice That Values Great Clinical Work — and Work-Life Balance
Minnesota Neuropsychology is looking for a full-time neuropsychologist to join our growing and collaborative team. We specialize in comprehensive, strengths-based neuropsychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults and are deeply committed to providing exceptional clinical care while creating a workplace where clinicians can thrive.
We believe great neuropsychology happens when clinicians have the time, resources, and support to do their best work—without burning out. Our model emphasizes working smarter, not harder, with strong administrative support, efficient systems, and a culture that respects work-life balance.
We’re seeking a neuropsychologist with expertise in ADHD, learning disorders, autism spectrum disorder and related social-emotional or behavioral conditions who is passionate about helping children and families better understand their brains and celebrate neurodiversity.
This position is ideal for someone who values deep diagnostic work, collaborative colleagues, and a practice that genuinely prioritizes clinician well-being.
Why Join Minnesota Neuropsychology?
We are a clinician-led private practice that believes excellent patient care starts with a healthy and supported team. Our clinicians are passionate about their work, and we also believe strongly in protecting time outside of work for family, hobbies, travel, and life.

State-of-the-art assessment tools and technology
Psychometrists and administrative support to streamline scheduling, scoring, and coordination

We also believe work should be enjoyable. Our team regularly participates in:
Annual team retreats
Group outings and social events

Our goal is simple: deliver comprehensive, gold-standard neuropsychological evaluations while creating a sustainable and efficient clinical environment for our team.
