Pediatric Neuropsychologist

The Pediatric Neuropsychologist will conduct comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments for children and adolescents with developmental, neurological, learning, and behavioral concerns. You will work closely with pediatricians, behavioral health clinicians, and other specialists to support coordinated, whole-child care for patients and families.

Our practice utilizes Epic EMR, supporting streamlined documentation and seamless communication across care teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct neuropsychological evaluations for children and adolescents presenting with concerns such as developmental delays, ADHD, learning disorders, and neurological conditions
  • Interpret assessment results and prepare clear, high-quality written reports with diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations
  • Provide feedback to families in a supportive and accessible manner, helping them understand evaluation findings and next steps
  • Collaborate closely with pediatricians and behavioral health providers as part of an integrated care team
  • Participate in interdisciplinary case discussions and care planning
  • Contribute to program development and outreach initiatives as the neuropsychology service continues to grow
  • Maintain a reasonable and sustainable evaluation caseload with administrative and clinical team support

Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or related field from an APA-accredited program
  • Completion of a pediatric neuropsychology postdoctoral fellowship
  • Licensed as a psychologist in Massachusetts (required)
  • Open to early-career pediatric neuropsychologists
  • Experience conducting neuropsychological assessments with pediatric populations
  • Strong interpersonal skills and interest in working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary pediatric team
